  1. Updating via USB

Maybe this question is stupid but anyways, I want to be sure that nothing could go wrong. If I update via USB, it would install the version of the iso or it would download the latest version, like this: I open the windows installer on Windows and I select the update option, would start installing the windows version of the iso? Also, if the USB is on FAT32 format would cause any trouble while installing?

    USB boot for bios update

Did the first step. It already doesn't work. Note the capacities and drive letters M:/N: The HP utility is about to format my raid-1 volume containing my 2 750gb drives. It thinks it's the usb stick. I can not select any other drives in the HP utility. My 512mb usb stick is U:.

    Any other suggestions?

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Updating via USB :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.
