Windows 10: Updating Windows 10 up to 1903 produces error code 0xc1900223

My current Windows 10 version 1809 interrupts the update process a few times during the preparation with an error xc1900223. It says it will repeat the attempt later again.


What do I do?

5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
