Windows 10: Upgrade from version 1909 to 21H1 fails

I'm trying to upgrade from 1909 to 21H1 using the Windows Upgrade Assistant but it keeps failing after the reboot. I've looked in the setuperr.txt file but can seem to figure out what is causing it to fail. It looks like it something related to Edge but I don't have any extensions installed. Update issues with Win10 Version 1909

Hi.

Tried all the steps listed and result afterwards is the same. Still fails and uninstalls the update. Any other suggestions?

constantly getting the message that the update to Windows 10, Version 1909 fails. Detailed message:

• Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1909
• Fehler bei der Installation am ‎11.‎04.‎2020 – 0x8007001f

I couldn't find a solution in the community, yet. Thus I'm asking for support.

I recommend you to upgrade to V1909 via ISO file.
