    Upgrade to Windows 10 yields the following error: C1900101-4000D


    i'm attempting to upgrade my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but keep getting the following error: C1900101-4000D. I've followed the instructions to fix what the error message suggests could be the cause. I've run it twice and still keep getting the same error. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong and how to fix it? PC has enough space. I've checked that and don't get an error message for that. Please help!!

    Unable to upgrade to Windows 10, error C1900101-4000D.

    Had to re-install Windows 8. Trying to upgrade to Windows 10. But it could not be installed. Error found C1900101-4000D.

    What should I do?
