    Hi,I have updated my PC to the Windows 11 Version 23H2, however I can see the camera in Device Manager and in the Camera App it is working, as soon as Microsoft Teams or Zoom are launched it crashes the buildt camera and does not show in the Device Manager anymore and gives an error of Camera not detected in the Camera App. I have updated the driver in the Device Manger, I have uninstalled the camera and reinstalled it. The Privacy settings are set correctly. I have uninstalled Teams and Zoom and reinstalled it. When I run a component test on my PC on start up - it shows the webcam is work

    The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

    Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

    • 22000.xxx is 21H2
    • 22621.xxx is 22H2
    • 22631.xxx is 23H2
    Your system is fully up-to-date. What else you're looking for?
