    Upgrade to Windows 11 with a i7-6700

Hey y'all, When I run PC health check it says I cannot upgrade my desktop to windows 11 because my "processor is not supported for Windows 11". When I check Windows 10 21H1 Supported Intel Processors, however, it says my CPU, Intel Core i7-6700, is supported. So, why can I not upgrade to windows 11? Below is the PC health check results. Thanks, Harman

    :)

Upgrading my i7 6700 but to what???

The 6700 should be good enough for the next 2-3 years. Like Toothless & lyndonguitar I would suggest upgrading the GPU, the PSU and maybe adding an SSD / M.2 to it.

This system used was upgraded from Win8.1 and old system deleted 5 months ago. Can I upgrade the system from a I5-6600 processor to a I7-6700 processor keeping everything else the same, without loosing the activation.
