How do I upgrade the Windows 10 RS2 to RS4 version without an internet connection, because I have downloaded Windows 10 RS4, please let me know the steps?

Please Note: RS5 (1809) has now been released, which again builds on the improvements in 1803, if you are thinking of updating, you should go straight for that version . . .

With these major upgrades, the most successful method is to upgrade from the Windows 10 ISO - you download the ISO and then perform an Offline Upgrade

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), then choose ISO

When the ISO file completes downloading

Then, double click it and then run Setup.exe to begin the upgrade . . .

looking for the patch for the RS3, SED drive incompatibility on Thunderbolt3 systems

I want to install an SED drive on my Dell 7390 2in1 system but have been told that there is an incompatibility between RS3 , SED drives on thunderbolt3 systems. There is supposed to be a patch for RS3 and no issue when using RS4 but I'm not ready to
move to RS4 yet. Does anyone have the Patch ID ?
