Windows 10: Upgraded from W10 1803 to 1903 now I get no video or control of PC

I have upgraded an HP pavilion p6 series Model: p6-2370ea i3 processor 8Gb Ram.
I've been running Windows 10 ver. 1803 for years.
Anyway I read that 1803 will soon become 'outdated' therefore decided to upgrade to 1903.
After I upgraded it seemed to go OK for a few days then it wouldn't boot, but then did after a few attempts.
anyway, then I restarted it and it and I couldn't get any video out of it.
I also note that it seems the keyboard isn't working (Caps lock & Num lock don't light up).
The fans turn and the hard disk spins up, so does the DVD.
I've been trying for a week now and I cannot get any video out of it.
I've replaced and 'proved' the monitor, keyboard, mouse & PSU
I have multiple of those units and using them now on a spare PC.
Also I can't get any 'beeps' from the PC
I've removed the memory & swapped the slots & tried one at a time
I'm not using a graphics card, only onboard video (normally use both slots, but tried one at a time)
Checked the 4-pin power (& different PSU)
Removed the CMOS battery to try & reset the bios
Tried booting from a linux boot disk but still no video or any sign of booting (Although I can hear everything spin up as though its booting).
There IS power at the USB ports front & rear (tested with seperate USB light module)
I've also tried different modes of booting F8, F12 etc
Any new sensible ideas welcome.

Upgrading a PC from 1803 to 1903 using the upgrade tool failure with error code 0xc0000005.

I was upgrading a PC from 1803 to 1903 using the upgrade tool.

The reason the PC had not been upgraded to 1809 was the old Intel drivers. New Intel drivers were installed and the Settings/Upgrade indicated that the PC could be upgraded to 1903. I downloaded the tool and ran the upgrade on to end with a failure notice
with the error code 0xc0000005.

This is an Asus board OEM PC with an older i7 processor and 16GB of RAM. There are no adapters on the board. Video and NIC are built on to the board. All checked out OK with current or updated drivers prior to the attempt to install 1903.

Windows 1903 update failed with error code 0xc0000005

I have run the Windows Update troubleshooter. It said it fixed something and I tried to install again.

Again the upgrade ended with a failure notice with the error code 0xc0000005.

I have no idea where to look.

 

Win 10 1803 to 1903 update

My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

Any thoughts, suggestions?

 

Windows Home 10 update from 1803 to 1903

I have windows 10 x64 home edition, version 1803.

I'm trying to update it to the new onw, version 1903, but my pc freezes every time when the installation is going to finish (around 80%).

I tried to update the OS in different ways:

1. Start > Settings > Update
   & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.
   If updates are available, install them.
2. Download the Update Assistant
3. Download the Media Creation Tool 1903

The result is always the same.

No errors, only pc freezing.

What do you suggest to do?
