  1. Upgrading a old beater laptop cpu

I currently am using a Toshiba Satellite L675-S7015 laptop, Im going to have to do some maintenance soon which requires me tearing it apart to the motherboard so i thought it wouldn't hurt to see if there's a better cpu that this can be replaced with, It currently has a AMD Anthlon II P320 Dual Core and i noticed most AMD chips from that time can be had for cheap nowadays. What would be the best cpu that this laptop can handle, Ive already checked and its a socket so it can be replaced. Will the bios be able to support a different cpu? Yes this is a old laptop, but im not interested in anything new, This is a old beater laptop that i can comfortably bring places and not worry if it gets stolen so i only want to use this specific laptop.

    :)

MicroSD card compatibility with new 5310 xpressmusic

Hi, Has anyone been able to check the compatibility of different MicroSD cards with the Nokia 5310? I am looking to purchase one of these phones and immediately upgrade the card memory to the new 8Gb MicroSDHC. Certainly an ipod beater if it does. Does
anyone know if this phone supports the SDHC format or is it only the old SD which max out at 4Gb? Many thanks in advance....

    Can't upgrade

Well, I've tried all 3 methods to update to Windows 10 v1703. Windows update, Windows 10 upgrade assistant, and the media creation tool. They all tell me the same thing. My PC's AMD 8700p Carrizo CPU is not compatible with Windows 10 Creators Update. I've
spent the last 3 days trying to upgrade my PC only to discover the CPU is the problem. What is strange though is I managed to upgrade a 7 year old HP laptop with WIndows 10 V1703 with no problems and it's running with a 7 year old Intel Core I5 CPU. Makes
me wish I had a stayed with an Intel CPU instead of AMD. Is Microsoft planning on adding support for the AMD Carrizo 8700p A10 CPU to WIndows 10 V1703 or am I Going to have to buy a new PC in another year even this laptop is only 15 months old. Maybe I'll
    switch to Apple instead.

Upgrading a old beater laptop cpu

Some BIOS configurations require a positive entry for each supported CPU. Here's mine:

    ASRock > B75M-DGS R2.0

So, if I bought a CPU that was not listed as compatible, I would have issues to resolve with ASRock support.

    Good luck,
