Windows 10: Upgrading from Windows 10, version 1903 to version 2004 manually?

I have about 20 workstations to upgrade from Windows 10, version 1903 to version 2004. Is there a way that I can do this upgrade manually? I'd like to be able to download the update to a DVD/USB and then do each computer one at a time, like we could do with the old Service Packs from Windows 7 and before. My reason is when 1 computer downloads the update from the Internet, it slows everyone else down. I'd like to download it once and use that to do the updates.


I see they have a Media Creation Tool, but I'm not sure if this is for clean, fresh installs only or can be used to do updates like I described above. Thanks for any advice!

Having problem update to Windows 10, version 2004

Click Update which will download the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant

Step 3:

Run the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant & then click Update now.

Step 4: It will start downloading the update and also shows the percentage of download.

Hi,

Can I downgrade the new Windows 10 Pro fpp version 2004 to 1903 directly?

Or do I have to downgrade from 2004 to 1909 and then to 1903?

Lastly, can I still buy a license Windows 10 Pro FPP version 1903?
