    The whole thing. The idea is to have a working image of what is needed to run the computer. Macrium has all the options to determine what is necessary to backup in order to have a usable image if needed. When it comes time to do the backup, we will show you, with pictures, how to.     yes I got the key and checked microsoft company customer service they told me this key is for windows 8.1 pro ,
    but they told me something strange to be able to activate windows 10 pro with this key I should first upgrade from windows 7 to windows 8.1 pro then from windows 8.1 to 10 ! I want to skip part of windows 8.1 pro

    Did you explain to them that it came 8.1, and you downgraded to 7?

    Its already came downgraded by toshiba from the pre-installed w8.1 , I will tell them and see what will happen
