Windows 10: Upgrading to windows 11 from windows 10 but getting error code 0xc1900209

Hello community, I have seen mutiple questions pertaining to my issues but none of the solutions have worked for me.Everytime I try to use assistant installation, I load all 3 updates, then stop at 46% for the finishing update.I have tried many things regarding, clean boot mode, scannow, changing boot to uefi, and still no luck.I upgrading from a ryzen 7 3700 to now a Intel 7 1400k with the z790 asus motherboard. Tried to remove all old files. Anyone have other ideas that haven't been mentioned previously?

Ok, to sum things up, here a few hints to identify the cause of error 0xc1900209.

According to
this technet article the error code stands for:

0xC1900209
The user has chosen to cancel because the system does not pass the compatibility scan to install the update. Setup.exe will report this error when it can upgrade the machine with user data but cannot migrate installed applications.
Incompatible software is blocking the upgrade process. Uninstall the application and try the upgrade again. See Windows
10 Pre-Upgrade Validation using SETUP.EXE for more information.

To identify the incompatible app, grab a Windows 10 install image (use Windows Media Creation Tool to download the appropriate Win 10 version) und mount it. Then execute the file setup.exe located in the root folder of the Win 10 install image. The upgrade
wizzard shall list incompatible apps.

In case, an unknown app is enlisted from upgrade troubleshooter, it's possible to analyze the xml files to find out more details. The steps are discussed within my blog posts.

Windows 10 Update giving error code 0xc1900209

I get a request to upgrade security for Windows 10. I run it.

Then I get it cannot upgrade until I get newest version of Windows 10.

Then I get two errors 1) Infineon TPM Professional Package, incompatable, uninstall. (cannot locate this file) and 2) error code Oxc1900209 "Incompatible software is blocking the upgrade process. Uninstall the application
(duh!) I already know that , I can not locate"

I tried various fixes, but I cannot bring up search, windows defender offline, and various other tools.

How can Microsoft support really help me? Thank you

Hello Everyone! Today, I tired to update my Windows system to the latest version of Windows 10 and my system throws me the

error code 0xc1900209 Continuously. I tried all the solutions but still the error appearing on my Windows system.

System Properties:

Device: Asus

Chipset: Intel i5 8th Gen

RAM: 8 GB

OS: Windows 10

Solution that I tried already:

• Tried Restart
• Checked the system & disk health.
• Blocked antivirus
• Uninstalled the Avast antivirus
• Done Firewall Troubleshooting!
• Removed Registry files and temporary files.
