    Upgrading Windows 10 Home Edition to Windows 10 Pro


    I have purchased yesterday a new laptop with windows 10 home edition and paid for an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from Microsoft Store. However, when i try to activate it wont, asking for a digital license or key. The only thing i manage to retrieve from the order history was the order number and amount paid. As i received no key i assume that a digital license was supposed to be provided along. I spent a lot of time to get some help but it seems impossible to find the proper channel to resolve my issue. Any advise in this respect will be highly appreciated.
