Upload my data to the cloud.

I kept receiving messages from Microsoft that if I clicked on the box my free cell data would be saved in case my system might fail etc. After resisting

my impulse to try it I finally broke down to try it. Big mistake. Microsoft took my data and said it would be put on the cloud and it would be synchronized

with Microsoft. After the program completed I clicked on to free cell and found all my data was gone and was replaced by someone else's data which was

not even close to my data. How can I get my data back? It took a long time to get to level 115 and I'm not happy about this problem. So much about protecting my data.

  3. Asphalt 8 Airborne cloud data not sync in Windows 10 PC App

    Hi Thimira,

Thank you for being a part of Windows 10.

What do you mean by “it was not synced with cloud data. Every time it does not connected”?

Try the following steps and check if it helps:

    Step 1:

I suggest you reset the Windows Sockets and check.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Right click on the Start button and click
      Command Prompt (Admin).
    • In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press
      ENTER:
    netsh winsock reset

If the issue persists then follow the below step.

    Step 2:

I suggest you reset the Windows firewall and check.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Right click on the Start button and click
      Command Prompt (Admin).
    • In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press
      ENTER:
    netsh firewall reset

If the issue persists then follow the below step.

    Step 3:

I suggest you to disable proxy and check.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Press Windows + R keys from the keyboard.
    • Type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
    • Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
    • Uncheck mark the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.
Hope this information is helpful. Reply with necessary information and we will be happy to help you further.

    Thank you.

Video uploading not working to the Cloud

    Hi Faye,

There may be some requirements that have to be met for you to be able to upload the video file to the cloud successfully. Allow us to clarify some details so we can properly isolate the concern.

    • Are you trying to upload the video from your computer to OneDrive?
    • What is the file type of the video?
    • What is the size of the video that you were trying to upload?
    • Have you tried uploading a different video file just to check if it would go through?

We will wait for your reply.

    Regards.
