Windows 10: Urgent help! When I delete files in USB flash drive Buffalo 32 GB why won't it goes to...

Windows 10 21 H2 Japanese OS.Usually when I delete files on laptop or external hard drives files goes to Recycle Bin and if I needed I can retrieve them easily. But I noticed the files I delete on USB flash drive it does not go in to the Recycle Bin, then where does it goes?Am I making any mistake or some settings are neede?Your reply in this regard will be much appreciated.Thank you

Windows 10 Install Files Turned 128 GB Flash Drive into Only 32 GB!

I used the Windows 10 upgrade to place the installation files onto my 128 GB Sandisk Cruzer Flash Drive.

I later just used the regular upgrade via downloading over the internet and my upgrade went fine.

I went back to my flash drive to delete the Windows 10 off of the flash drive only to discover that my 128 GB flash drive was now hosed down to only 32 GB of storage, even after formatting the drive!

Does anyone have any suggestions how I might restore the full storage of my flash drive back to 128 GB?

Although we've seen flash SSDs that top out at 416 GB, nothing in the mainstream is really bigger than 64 GB -- but Buffalo's new SHD-UHRS series seems like it's bringing the status quo up to 100 GB. The USB 2.0 external drive uses two different types of flash memory to reach that capacity, yet it's only about the size of a business card and weighs just two ounces. Those of you somehow entranced by the case design but lacking the 952 USD for the 100 GB model needn't worry, however: Buffalo is also shipping a 32 GB version for a pretty competitive 312 USD and a 64 GB model for 665 USD.

USB flash drive won't read, wants to format.

What file system did your friend use to format the USB flash drive?
Linux, MAC, Windows, etc.... if, he did the project on a different file format; the system may not think there is anything useful and wants to format it to make usable.
Or, the drive has gotten corrupted (like your friend pulled the drive before it was finished and the file table/partition info/etc. is corrupt).
Static could have gotten it, too.
