Windows 10: URGENT HELP WINDOWS 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone

This suddenly happened picture 1 to my laptop and it won't go away

So I decided to reinstall windows on my C drive, but every time I try this message appears picture 2 and I'm unable to reinstall windows on my C drive

Error message 1 picture 1: repairing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete

Error message 2 picture 2: windows setup could not reinitialize the development engine. To install Windows, restart the installation


Any ideas on how to fix my laptop?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
