Windows 10: Urgent please

Hello, I have a strange question and I didn't know which was the correct topic for it but please help me, because I want to know the truth, that's why I'm asking for the help of the experts here. Three weeks ago my laptop hinge gave out even though it was relatively new Dell so I took it to someone to replace it, and since things were external it didn't occur to me to delete or log out of the accounts on the laptop. A huge mistake I know, extreme naivety. My laptop had both pin and password opinion verification, when I took the laptop back the Pin wasn't available anymore, this message appea

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.

 

Urgent! All files on my USB drive's suddenly disappeared

Hi. Thank you, I did as instructed and only two files are listed. I can actually see them myself after opting to show hidden files in File Explorer:




The drive did contain hundreds, if not thousands of user files.

Actually, on the first screenshot (second picture) it's open, that can be seen in the address bar (even though on the left 'my computer' is highlighted in blue, no idea why. Too bad MS forces local languages upon users, I would have opted for English but instead it chose Bulgarian for me... I still hope I can make the situation clear enough)

I just looked up the drive's status in Disk management, it's listed as healthy, active, primary partition.

It´s urgent to change the Windows 10 login screen. It´s absolutelly
ugly.

I suggest a much more minimalist solution...!!!
