Windows 10: urgent: printer need attention

    urgent: printer need attention


    I'm having an issue with my printer. Whenever, I run a test print on a page it will show "attention required" when I click it, it will shows the printer queue. Troubleshooter can't fix it.

    Pls help me out, i cant download to my HTC HD7 T9292..my marketplace is telling me no marketplace available in your country or region..but am in nigeriaplease i need an urgent attention to this...

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand your concern, and we in Community will try to help you in the best possible way we can.

    I would suggest you to remove the printer driver completely and then try to reinstall the driver from manufacturer's website.

    In order to uninstall the driver, follow these steps.

    • Press Windows key + X, click on Device Manager.
    • Search for the “Printer” device from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the
      un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for
      this device” you may select that and then remove its drivers from the computer.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and the restart the computer if prompted.
