Windows 10: Urgent: Unsuccessful Attempts and Suspicious Activity on Microsoft Account

I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my Microsoft account, as I have been experiencing a concerning pattern of unsuccessful login attempts and suspicious activity.Over the past few days, there have been numerous unsuccessful attempts to access my Microsoft account from different locations, including Germany, China, and various other countries. So many unsuccessful sign in attempts on my account

Throughout this entire week, numerous of my accounts have been hacked, or at least someone has attempted to hack them and some may have already been hacked that I don't know of. When I checked my microsoft recent activities there is a VERY long list of unsuccessful login attempts all from different ips at different times and sometimes different locations, should I be concerned? Thanks

 

Why was I not notifed, that there have been numerous (luckily unsuccessful) attempts to log in into my miscrosoft account from China?

Hello,

starting 8/5/2023, there is a long list in my recent activity of attempts to log into my Microsoft account from China.

Being from Europe, I would think that such suspicious activity, would be flagged by Microsoft and I would be immediately notified.

The only reason I have found out, is because I was checking something on my account and now I am worried.

Do I have some setting wrong? Or because the logins were unsuccessful, it was just ignored, even though the latest is literally from 2 days ago?

Where do I find the Consumer Complaint Form? The notification from Microsoft about a suspicious login attempt suggests that I fill out and submit same.
