Windows 10: Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow.

I have several Minecraft Mojang account to migrate to Microsoft accounts. Each time, I have to enter a phone number to get a security code. After a few times, I get a Usage limit exceeded error message. Minecraft is forcing Minecraft Java users to use Microsoft accounts. How can I get past this error message so I can migrate all my accounts?Now I'm locked out of my main Minecraft account until I can get cleared with a security code through the phone number. Since I'm a Minecraft coach, I have several students waiting for my help, and I cannot log on.

Exceeding my internet provider's daily MB limit

I live in a country that limits my daily internet connection to 800MB per day. I had no problem staying under that limit when using my Samsung laptop with Windows 7. Last week I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15-3573 with Windows 10 and now everyday I am exceeding
the WiFi limits. What can I disable to limit my usage? A list would be nice. Thanks folks.

 

Limiting CPU usage.

I currently updated my windows 10 version 1803, the last major update which asked you all the options of location and such again after the install, on my laptop and after that limiting my CPU usage in advanced power management does not seem to work. Before
the update when I limited CPU usage to 50% in my task manager it never exceeded 50%. Now I try to limit the usage to 50% but still, the processes (games mainly) are able to increase the CPU usage to 100%. Tried different power options, like the default, was
Dell power Manager option, tried it with balanced, but did not work. Is there a fix or do I have to revert the update?

exceeding limitations in BIOS

Hello all. I received a crash code 4 (calculation error) in OCCT 5 hours and 39 minutes into the test. When I went to bump my vcore voltage one notch, I got a message saying that

I was exceeding my limitations and I was risking damage

what should I do? Thanks.
