Windows 10: Usb 3.0 dosn't work.

Hello i have a laptop and today i discover a nice problem. So i need to use my graphic tablet for work, so i decide to connect in the same usb port i connected from 1 year. The tablet did't connect. i decide to try with the mouse gaming mouse with color leds the mouse didn't work too BUT the red light under where long time ago there was the mouse ball was on, it was more strange couse the color leds lights over the mouse were off. so all the gaming wouse wasn't working exept for this little red light.I try with my external ssd other usb flah drivers and to connect my phone and everithi

USB 3 Ports not working

Hi folks,
i was trying to copy some files from an external drive using the usb 3 port on my M/B but it doesnt work, i downloaded the drivers from the Manufacturers website but no luck either, am i missing an important step here? i havent checked the Bios yet
