    I bought a Samsung external T5 SSD about a year ago for backing up my data. After going thru setup, everything was working fine. I always connected with a USB 3.0 connection on the front of my computer. About a month ago after installing a windows update, now my device was not recognized. I watched some YouTube videos and one of them suggested connecting thru a type-C port. My computer had one on the back so I connected thru the type-C port. That worked for one time so I could back up my data. After that one time, even the type-C port no longer worked device not recognized. Now I have exh

    I have a 500GB Samsung T5 external SSD. I have used the same Type C port to transfer data in between phone and laptop. Im able to connect the same external SSD with normal USB Type A port on the same laptop. But dont know why it is not detecting im the
