Windows 10: usb access denied

Discus and support usb access denied in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; i am using Rufus and I'm trying to flash to my flashdrive but windows keep telling me "error access to this device is denied".     USB Access is denied

    Thank you, I've tried the steps, now I've got it working for the first 1 minute after the boot-up and after the minute it goes back to access denied error. When I tried to check for the security tab on the properties of the USB when connected it didn't
    have the security tab and instead it had 'ReadyBoost'. Can this be the problem?

    Change Folder Destination access Denied

    Thanks.

    After following the steps suggested, I get the message "Access denied" in command prompt.

    Please advise how to allow permission.

    USB Access is denied

    Since all the USB I plug in will work for 1 minute and get an error message with 'Access Denied'. Is there a way for me to have the get access to USB all the time?
