Windows 10: USB-C hub with ethernet adapter disconnects for a second or two before connecting again.

Just like the title says I have a usb c hub connected to my laptop in in the back, and on the usb c hub I have peripherals attached and it also has an ethernet adapter on it as well that I hook in from my modem/router combo. Everyday seemingly at random times I get disconnected in multiplayer games and I can see the network icon at the bottom right get disconnected for a second or two before it re-establishes connection. I have attached two screenshots from event viewer that have logs that generate at the same time as my disconnects. Any ideas what is happening?Imgur link to screenshots becaus

Keyboard keeps disconnecting from USB C hub

• I am using a USB C hub to connect my HP laptop to home peripherals: 2 monitors, keyboard & mouse with USB bluetooth receivers, and Ethernet cable.
  
  When I plug the keyboard's receiver into the hub, it keeps disconnecting without making any Windows sound alert, when that happens, the mouse and internet cable also disconnect, and the keyboard starts to stutter (it does not type anything or repeats the same letter many times). This persists for a few seconds, then it connects again only to disconnect again a few minutes later.
  
  When I plug the receiver into the laptop itself the issue seems to disappear.
  
  I have tested 2 keyboards and two different hubs, same story.
  
  My drivers are up to date. I unchecked "Allow this computer to disconnect device to save power" option.
  
  I am pretty sure the problem is in Windows.
  
  I have seen many other people complaining from a similar problem on the internet and no one seems to have solved it.

Weird disconnect from USB C hub

Well i had connected one Maxtor hdd usb3 and an Samsung T7 SSD hdd usb 3.1 and they were copying files between each other. It could have been that it was too much in fact but odd nevertheless.

and to add it was a very heavy transfer, i was copying 450 GB, mix of files between 2 and 100 mb.

this is on the event viewer:

Disk 1 has been surprise removed.
Disk 2 has been surprise removed.

and i cannot find anything on the Hub's event log from device manager about the same time this occurred.
