    If you 'Mount' the iso, how many items do you have?

    The stick is probably left unformatted or corrupted because of unfinished task. Use disk management or other free 3rd party disk tool to see and reformat the usb stick. Follow Shawn's suggestion if Kari's suggestion doesn't work for you. Both guys know better than most of us do here. *Smile I use Rufus all the time.
