Windows 10: Usb driver not coming up with the network driverr

This is my first pc and the guys who built it dident install a network driver and my lan cord dosent work and when I go to install a network driver thing I put it into my usb I plug the usb into my new pc when I click install driver I open the usb nothing comes up only thing that will come up is files if I put them in there but nothing that is openable will come up and I need internet to finish setting up my pc and I really need help on what to do

Install a driver for your network adapter

Did all you said, didnt work
Also, i already have the cd. It is not its drivers people. It is something else
If it was the drivers the wireless usb key would have worked.
All kind of drivers suggested, official and other things didn't work.
It must be something blocking my pc network
