  1. Usb headphone is being identified as an speaker.

Hi! Yesterday I bought a new headset, but when I tried plugging it into my Rog G14 2020, it recognizes it as a speaker. I have been looking for a solution, and everywhere I look, they say I can change it from the Realtek Hd audio driver, but my pc doesn't have it. Instead, it has the Realtek Audio Console, which is supposed to be the next gen of the other driver. I really don't know how to fix it, please help me!

    :)

Speakers and headphones work at the same time

    Hi.

Let us isolate your concern by answering these few questions.

    • Have you tried connecting your headphones directly to your desktop?
    • Does your speaker work normally when connected to your desktop?
You may try the following steps to help resolve your concern:

    • Unplug or Disconnect your speaker from the desktop.
    • Connect your headphone directly to the desktop.
If the headphone works properly when directly connected to the desktop, we suggest that you contact your speaker manufacturer for assistance.

Let us know how it goes.

  3. Using headphones and speakers at the same time.

The speakers are analog and the headphones are usb.
The speakers are listed under sounds as realtek high definition audio. Anything else needed?
I'm not sure about CODEC how would I check that?
