I keep getting this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse 2.0/ I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device itself. I have even tried moving it to a different USB port. Nothing has worked. My last option is to reinstall Windows and I do not want to do that and have to re-download everything. This happened after I updated AVG. I have since uninstalled AVG antivirus and tried the above steps again and still my headset is not working right. I am about ready to try that nuclear option of reinstalling Windows and re-downloading everything. I can't even rollback to an earlier version of the OS. Can you help me solve this problem? My motherboard is a Gygabyte 970A-DS9P FX.

USB Headphones not working WINDOWS 10

This issue might resolve making the headphones as default device in Playback devices.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Speaker icon (Volume icon). Select
  Playback devices.
• Select Headphones and click Set default.
• Click apply and check if the issue resolves.

i would also recommend looking at the Audio Technica m50s if this is your first step into audiophile headphones.

most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.

Hello, I have bought USB Headphone recently but unable to use it as no popup comes and also there is no devices shown for my USB headphone. It works fine with my 3.5 mm audio but I am frustrated as I am unable to setup my USB headphone. Please, suggest
me a way to make it work.
