Windows 10: usb is not recognize on windows 10 mounted in parallels desktop for mac

I have parallels installed on my mac, and want to instal Windows 10 from an usb stick with windows 10 bought on Microsoft homepage - but I get the massage "BlockDev ice".

What to do?
