Windows 10: USB Modem is working but is not currently available on mode command

Why is that my device which is a usb-type broadband is not working.
My first suspicion would be that the driver fails so I checked on the device manager and it has 3 drivers installed 2 on the ports and one in the modem. I change the device manager view as view devices by connection and I see that these 3 drivers are under USB Composite Device. These 3 are all working properly I even query test the modem and it returns a successful result.
Now, I tried to run the mode command on cmd and there is no COM port listed and when I tried to do mode COM5 - it says Device COM5 is not currently available.
My operating system is Windows 10 v.1703

i have changed my password and forgot it in my nokia lumia 520...is there any way that i can get my phone unlocked....if there is any way what is that?

I cant get connected to the network, I've tried with the pc suite tool and with the "connect to a network" command in vista. Im using Vista home premium 64, and for almost a year my modem connection worked properly but the last weeks it started to fail.

Im running on Fedora 11 and the internet connection using the cellphone y working good so it is not a hardware issue, I also tried to connect from another pc running under XP and also worked fine.
