Windows 10: USB mouse not recognized

Yesterday when I woke up my wired usb mouse, the "razer mamba elite" could no longer stay connected to my laptop, the dell G7 7590, I've tried many fixes but none seemed to permanently work. I've reinstalled the usb root hub through the device manager, disabled selective suspension in power settings, disabled the option to "turn this device off to save power" and in windows device settings under USB I deselected "stop devices when my screen is off to help save battery" I've also tried removing razer synapse, the software that comes with the mouse to no avail.I tried the peripheral on another l

Keyboard and mouse not recognized after boot-up!

Thanks, but how would I be able to do any of the things that you suggest when Windows is not recognizing either my keyboard or my mouse?

I'll mention that I do intend to purchase a *wired* USB keyboard and mouse today and try them, but I'm not optimistic that they will be recognized by Windows either.

 

Windows 10 Out stopped recognizing my wireless mouse

Not recognized wireless mouse could be due to:

• Outdated Mouse driver.
• Faulty or loose wireless mouse USB receiver.

We would like to know some information:

• Have you tried using your wireless mouse on other computer and check if it works?
• Have you tried using other wireless mouse?
• Have you tried updating your mouse drivers?
