Windows 10: USB Notification icon gone from the Taskbar

How to get the USB Notification back in the task bar notification ?

I am certain this has something to do with the frigged new updates, but I have no idea where to begin to correct this new MS10 FUP once again! Please advice. Thanks a bunch.

NOTE:
I discovered this occured not long after the update of May update 1809, 17763.503

All of my USB connection to external hard drives , Android devices etc.. are working fine.
The old reference is no longer USB notification as it shows in the icon taskbar list it shows as "Windows Explorer" *Mad

  Type Settings on your search bar
  
• 
  Click on systems
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions
  
• 
  Disable all the notifications on the screen

Safely Remove Hardware icon missing


Hi
In the last few days the 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon has gone missing from my Taskbar. Also, if I right-click on the USB stick or USB hard drive in 'This Computer' the Eject option is missing.
In PC Settings/Personalisation/Taskbar/Notification area/Select which icons appear on the taskbar I have 'Always show all icons in the notification area' switched on & all items in the list are in the 'on' state including 'Windows Explorer (Safely Remove Hardware & Eject Media).
Any suggestions?

To address your concern, follow the steps below on how to show hidden icons on the taskbar.

• Open Settings, and click on the Personalization
  icon.
• Click on Taskbar on the left side, and click on the
  Select which icons appear on the taskbar link under the Notification area section on the right.
• Turn on Always show all icons in the notification area at the top
