Windows 10: USB Port doesn't work--I've tried everything.

I have a relatively new laptop; I bought it less than a year ago. About a month ago, my mouse was only working on and off. I replaced the batteries, got a new mouse, etc., and it still didn't work. I realized the problem was with my computer's USB drive, which I only have one of. Now my mouse does not work all together. I have tried everything I can find on Google.I've updated my laptop, made sure I have all the latest drivers and software. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all the USB drivers. It will not allow me to roll back to a previous driver. I've run hardware troubleshooting. Error mess

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I deleted all my data. I had have it backed up.

I did a clean installation using the windows media creation tool (usb option).

No, I didn`t. I thought a clean installation would solve the problem.

After posting my previous message, I did it.





After chkdsk, I close cmd and tried to boot and the laptop just turned it off. This morning I`ve restarted it and automatically windows did a repair. Windows has booted and it seems that the repair tool has removed chrome and acrobat pdf reader (the only two programs I had installed after reinstalling windows).

Now Windows is installing updates and restarting my lapop, I`m kind of frightened. I don`t want it to happen again. Anyhow, I want to know what has brought the issue

I`ve been looking for information about the error code at the end of the picture and I didn`t get anywhere.
