Windows 10: Usb port problem

Hello,


After the recent update on my gaming pc from Windows I've had a problem with my speed. Just yesterday as i was on my pc i had YouTube and discord open while on YouTube my screen froze. My mouse cursor was unresponsive, I restarted my pc in hopes that will fix it but it didn't. I tried to get back on my pc and the keyboard and mouse don't work. I want to know if it's my pc or just the recent windows update. Any insight is helpful to my problem.

USB Port Oddities


Ok, let's see it with pictures step-by-step. First right-click on the USB device and select Update driver software:





Then select Browse my computer for driver software (LAST option) :





The select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer (LAST option) :





Then select the standard driver from the list and click next:





Click next/OK as required to complete installation. Repeat the steps for all Intel USB devices. Finally click on each USB root device and press DEL to delete it, reply YES when asked. After deleting all USB root devices restart the computer.

in Windows 10. Here are the steps:

• Press the Windows key on your keyboard.
• Type Troubleshooting then press Enter.
• On the left side, click View all.
• Select Hardware and Devices.
• Click Next and see if it will find any problems.
