Windows 10: User Account Controls - pop up screen removal

Running Windows 10 v.1809

Can anyone advise me please – I’ve spent the last three hours trying to solve my problem, looked at umpteen tutorials but still getting nowhere. Basically I am trying to remove the UAC pop up screen that appears EVERY time I try do run ANYTHING on my PC. I’m fed up with it and want it gone.

I have tried to set the UAC control slider to “never notify me” but it won’t let me do that unless I have administrator rights. I don't know how to do that plus I can’t even remember if or what my admin rights might be. I would not know how to even access any password I gave when setting it all up.

I am the only one using the PC so I’m not worried about security. So, how do I stop these annoying popup screen appearing all the time??

Also, is it safe to remove the “Admin account” that seems to be there alongside my normal login account??

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Deleting a user account in a Windows device can be done by an administrator. Before removing the user account, make sure that you are using an administrator account to avoid errors.

Follow these steps to remove a user account in your computer:

• Open the Control Panel.
• Click on User Accounts and then Select User Accounts.
• Click on Manage User Accounts.
• Choose the account that you want to delete.
• Click on Delete the account.
• Choose if you want to keep the files or delete the files in the user account that you'll be removing.
• Click on Delete Account button to complete the process.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + X keys, select Control Panel.
• Select User accounts.
• Select Manage other accounts.
• Double click on the account you want to delete and select
  Delete the account.
• Follow the instructions and check if it helps.
