Windows 10: User Account

Discus and support User Account in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; I did the hard restart until a menu came up offering me 3 choices, I selected troubleshoot which was refresh or reset your pc, or use advanced tools....     In Advanced options you should have chosen 'Command Prompt'. From there you can enable the built-in Administrator account by following the instructions from Step 2 onwards in Option Four of the tutorial.

    If you repeat the hard reset and enable Administrator you will be able to log in as Administrator and make your other account an admin again. Then at least you'll be able to make an install USB should you decide to do that clean install.

    Thanks for the help I just didn't seem to understand some of the concepts behind the elevated command prompt and that most likely contributed to my failure with that. I did the hard restart again and actually advanced tools allowed for the reset, either keeping my files (which of course I wanted to do) but choose clean reset erasing all files and user accounts, so when it comes back online hopefully I can just start replacing the stuff I just deleted.
