Windows 10: user profile service failed the sign-in windows 10

hello, I just upgraded my windows 8 laptop into windows 10 pro.

after that I login to my local account and join a work domain, using "A" account as default account.

after finished restarting the laptop, "A" account didn't appear in login window, it still my local account,

so I login with other user, and input "A" user and password, then user profile service failed the sign-in appear.


please help me.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

Windows 10 - The User Profile Service failed the sign-in User Profile cannot be loaded

This is absolutely no help. I cannot get to the desktop. The sign-in FAILED! That's what the message is all about.

See if you may be able to use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot.

If so, then sign in to the built-in Administrator account to be able to do the steps in the tutorial below for this error.
