Windows 10: User profile sharing

Hello,


Recently my friend added his account to my PC and now I have 2 accounts on my computer. We don’t share one PC, he has his own. He has a bunch of stuff installed on his account which, from what I see, take up a lot of space on my computer. Now the question is: if I delete his account from my PC, will it not clear his whole account data back on his PC at home? I don’t want to accidentally delete his whole account, only remove it from my PC to free up space.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

Shared User Profile

I have multiple computers on my home network. For some reason the User Profile used on one computer is showing on another. Once the two profiles were switched. The computers have unique users and User Profiles and the two users do not share computers.
How do we go back to a single user / profile on each computer?

1. Remove the User's Profile from the Profile List on the target computer.

2. Go to the targeted computer.

Press Winkey + R to open Run Box

Copy/paste the following enter the box then press Ok or Enter

sysdm.cpl

switch to register "Advanced"

In the "User Profiles" section click on "Settings"

The "User Profiles" dialog is displayed

Select the account.

Press Delete
