Windows 10: users in windows

I have reinstalled windows10 in my system and my laptop is now same as new one when i bought from store. there is users folder in c drive and inside Users folder i have 3 sub folders

1 default

2 public

3 Ravi3 Ravi is my name but don't know from where "3" came with my name


i am confuse that what these 3 foldersusers means where i am only the user on this system.


like what path should i go with when working with cmd for exa: i have to check my Node version by running command "node --version"

In cmd i can have two paths like "C/users/ravi3" and "C/users/public" what should i choose between these two


so please help me out to solve my confusion with this users things in windows.

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
