    Windows 10 is Not being offered as a Free Upgrade to Windows Vista as it's too Old now. From the Stats only about 3% of computers worldwide are still using Vista. Windows Vista will be the next OS to become unsupported by Microsoft like XP.

    Upgrading from Vista Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro

    Hi!

    I used an OEM disk to preform the free upgrade on W7. Windows Vista was not in the list of qualified OS for the "free upgrade". Your machine that is running Vista Ultimate may meet the system requirement to run W10.
