  1. using Windows.iso

After my March update from 1909 to 2004/20H2, I have Version 10.0.19041.1 but it has major problems.

1 Can I use a Windows.iso file to repair it in place? currently, sfc tells me "can't fix" and DISM says "can't find sources" From what I've read, I can use an ISO as the source for DISM, correct?

2 If the repair is not successful, can I use that same ISO to reinstall 20H2? I have a slow connection and I don't want to spend an eternity repeatedly doing successive 5GB downloads.

What version of ISO should I download? Do I need 19041 exactly, or will any later version do?

    Thanks.

    :)

    Need ISO maker

Um, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't UDF the DVD format?

"The name ISO is taken from the ISO 9660 file system used with CD-ROM media, but an ISO image might also contain a UDF file system."
