Windows 10: Using Word and Excel

I recently upgraded to a new computer with Windows 10 . I can't use Word or Excel. I can only look and print what is there! I can't edit or create new documents like I could with Windows XP. I don't really think I improved my computer if I can't use these programs. Help me get free program to unlock these programs. I paid a lot for a new computer, and now I can't use it!

Word, Excel and Adobe wont print

Jump Lists Not working for Word 2016 or Excel 2016


To get a file into a Word or Excel taskbar jump list:
Create a shortcut to the workbook or document you want in the jump list, rename it as you wish, then copy (Ctl+drag) it onto the Excel or Word icon on the taskbar. It will then be pinned there; i.e. when you right click the icon, you'll see the file. Click it to open it.
