    Using Xbox Controller Triggers Screen Lock


    A Screen Lock Happens often when using xbox controller, not sure is that by itself, or because a mouse is connected in the same time as well. this issue happens both when using the controller while a game\app is opened or closed, & the only way to get back to desktop is to unlock. Dynamic Lock option is turned off. win 11 23h2 latest update, using a laptop, all system drives including Bluetooth are also UpToDate.

    To better assist you with your concern, please clarify the following information:

    • Are you using an Xbox One Elite Wireless Controller?
    • Have you tried connecting the controller via Bluetooth?
    • Does the same issue occur if the controller is connected wirelessly to the computer?
