Windows 10: usoclient.exe on Sysnative folder is a problem?

For a few months now I've been experiencing unexplained crashes, a blue screen when restarting. Using PCRepair, he found the Usoclient.exe file in the sysnative folder. Looking on the forums, I saw that this file should be in the system32 folder. PCRepair tries to delete this file in the sysnative folder and is unable to do so. My question is whether this behavior of the file, where it is being found, is correct or is it a virus disguised as a real file.
