Graphics card has an issue "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I just recently re intalled windows and grapics card seems to be having an issue.

Driver wise , I have latest driver installed

I tried rolling back and it didnt help, card stop being visible in device manager

I'm also get following message :

No PCI device drivers

I'm trying to install NVIDIA drivers for my GPU and it's not working. I ran a troubleshoot and found I don't have a PCI device driver. I can't find any anywhere and have reinstalled my chipset drivers many times. I'm getting the information:

And I have the hardware ID:

The Icon appears in device manager, i get this message. Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_13C2&SUBSYS_.

My fault...didn´t paste all of the message. This is the message i get. Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_13C2&SUBSYS_85081043&REV_A1\4&2d78ab8f&0&0008 requires further installation. Is this a nvidia issue or a win 10 issue? I have the lastest driver and before i
installed the new driver i unistalled the old ones using ddu cleaner.
