Windows 10: VAIO Sony laptop Crashed/Windows 10

Hello, I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to reset my computer to factory settings, after it crashed when I tried to load the my computer from “sleep mode”. I’ve done everything in F3 or F2, and the only thing that occurred from it was I lost My operating system, which is Windows 10. I then did the VAIO Care rescue, Start Advance Recovery Wizard, I first tried to rescue my information but that failed many times.

So I then skipped it,and just tried to reset to factory setting but it then kept getting stuck on 75%, I did this step a lot of times, but it always gets stuck at 75%.

I then ran the Hardware Diagnostics Test, and my computer failed everyone of them, and it could not repair them.

So, I don’t know the next step, I can not afford a new computer, and won’t be able to for some time, and I have no other computer to use, so I am at a loss.

Do I need to purchase a recovery disc? Should it be a windows 10 recovery?

upgrading laptop Sony VAIO SVE14137CN from windows 8.1 to windows 10

After upgrading laptop Sony VAIO SVE14137CN from windows 8.1 to windows 10, Blue tooth is not working:

• After scan the android device is paired and connected.
• Files are sent from Laptop and received in the android phone perfectly.
• BUT Laptop does not receive the file sent from the other device. Message Displayed on the sending device says "Connection failed-File transfer failed".

As advised by Sony Community driver was re installed and also updated, but the transfer through Bluetooth did not resolve.

Kindly, advise for steps to resolve the issue.

The cam is intergraded and the laptop is a SONY VAIO VGN-NW20SF
as suggested I checked for updates and they only exist for windows 7, vista and XP, if I recall, certainly not for windows 10.

Sony Vaio update to Windows 10

Hi everyone I bought a Vaio Pro 11 in 2011 with preloaded Windows 8.

Unfortunately after all the waiting Sony is not supporting Windows 10 update for my laptop (I've checked Sony's website and my model is not included on the list).

So my question is, can I still update to Windows 10 without Sony supporting? What could be potential problems I might have?
