    Welcome to Microsoft Community. Your interest in Windows 10 is much appreciated.

    I would suggest you to uninstall the graphics card drivers and install them in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

    To do so:

    Step 1:

    You may try to uninstall and reinstall the graphics card and check if that helps.

    To uninstall device:

    • Click on start button.
    • Click on “Device Manager”.
    • The Device Manager will then display a list of installed devices in the right pane of the console.
    • Expand the category for Display Adapter.
    • Right-click the device and select Uninstall.
    • Dialog box will pop up asking you to confirm ‘Uninstall’. Click
      OK to proceed.
    Step 2:

    Once you uninstall the graphics card driver, I suggest you to logon to the computer manufacturer website and install the drivers in compatibility mode.

    Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode:

    a) Download the audio drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

    b) Right-click on the driver and click on ‘properties’.

    c) Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’
    and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down.

    d) Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

    I suggest you to follow the methods provided below and check if it helps.

    Method 1: Hardware and Sound troubleshooter.



    I suggest you to run Hardware and Sound troubleshooter
    and check.



    • Press Windows Key + X key, Click on Control Panel.
    • Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.
    • Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.
    • Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

    If the issue still persist, I suggest you to update the keyboard drivers and check.

    Method 2: update drivers.



    Before you update the drivers, please enable the computer to get automatic updates,

    Download and install drivers

    Download and install drivers in Windows 8.1 - Microsoft Support



    Note: The above links applies to Windows 10 as well.



    You may also download the latest Keyboard drivers from the manufacturer’s website and install it on your computer.
