Windows 10: Various .exe programs all "stop working and must close"

Hi all,I am using Windows 10 Home Premium and have recently found that the software that I use in my role as a musician and graphic designer are all prone to the same exact error "xxx.exe has stopped working and close."These are various art and music production programs, including Adobe Photoshop, Imagine Line FL Studio and a few others - all are legitimate, well-developed software, most of which are even updated frequently by their developers. However, like I said above - several of them are prone to the same error and there's no help from Windows, despite the error window saying that Windows

why does the file explorer closes everytime a folder with exe programs is opened. an error

Unfortunately it did not work.

The MS support walked thru similar steps, we even reinstalled, deleted the folder but with no resolution.

It is strange because this happens specifically on folders that have .exe programs. I can access other folders.

The programs within the directory are listed and about 20 seconds later it closes.

2. What is the make and model of the computer?

Follow the below steps and check if it helps,

I suggest you to uninstall the Display Adapter drivers from Device manager and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Follow the steps for the same.

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Install the latest driver from the manufacturer website.

While programs are open they will display "program has stopped working and needs to close"

We are using Windows 10 and have several programs that have been giving the message "program has stopped working and needs to close". We also notice that the fan on the laptop has been running excessively. Is this a program issue or a hardware issue?
And if a software issue, any suggestions to fix this?
