Does ID Vault appear in the list of programs on your Start Menu, if it does, right click it, choose 'Uninstall' from there

Sounds like your anti-virus program or password manager (if you have one) has an ID vault as a feature and is hectoring you to set it up.

Or, if you recently installed a program and weren't careful to stop the installer from adding additional software, you now have an unsolicited ID vault program.

In any case, your first step is to find out which program is prompting you. It's important to be aware of what software is installed on your computer

According to your post, you are missing NQ Vault app on your Windows Phone.

I suggest you do a soft reset by pressing and holding volume down + power buttons until the phone restarts. Check if the app is displayed in the App list. In case you have removed the app, try to reinstall it from the Store
