Windows 10: vb.net leaks memory on one computer and not on others - ends with out of memory error

Run .NET 4.8.1 and VS 2022 on 4 computers all Dell running Windows 10 Pro 64bit.1 desktop and 3 laptops - one laptop has 8GB, all others 16GBAll VB 4 projects build and run on all computers. All VS solutions originate on desktop and moved via stick to others.One project fails in debug and release on one of the laptops - laptop with 16GB.Active Private Working Set grows and then gets out of memory error when it reaches over 1.500,000,K.Handles do not grow, GDI objects do not grow, and User Objects do not grow.Read all the I can online - last being weak references.Suspect GC is not being respons
